The whole province has 8 investors with disbursement rates above average and 9 investors below average.

As of July 29, the province's total public investment capital plan for 2025 reached over VND 3,300 billion, an increase of more than VND 3,100 billion, VND 291 billion higher and 1.1 times higher than the disbursement value in the same period in 2024.

Currently, project management boards, construction units and investors are trying to find alternative sources of supply so as not to affect the progress and capital disbursement rate. However, the site clearance work in some projects in communes is still slow, which also affects the progress and capital disbursement.
