Investing nearly 520 billion VND to build the Cultural - Cinema Center

DNO - The City People's Committee has just approved the investment policy for the Cultural - Cinema Center project with a total investment of nearly 520 billion VND, aiming to create a modern cultural institution, becoming a space to organize major political events, festivals, and conferences of the city.

City People's Council leaders inspected the project to build the Cultural - Cinema Center.

Accordingly, the project is deployed on the land next to the Da Nang Exhibition Fair Center, in Cam Le and Hai Chau districts, located on a land area of ^{​​49,000m2} , with a construction floor area of ​​about ^19,758m2 .

The Cultural - Cinema Center has a scale of 4 floors above ground, semi-basement, attic, with functional arrangements including a multi-purpose hall, exhibition rooms, cinemas, club activity rooms, rooms for organizing art and talent classes, functional, working and auxiliary rooms, lobby, corridor, traffic, etc.

In addition, there are also auxiliary works and technical infrastructure such as: parking lot, outdoor creative area, outdoor cinema area. In addition, the project invested in landscape construction is a bridge over the canal, to create architectural and cultural highlights in the area.

The project is implemented in the period 2025-2028.
