In mid -March 2025, Lite-on Technology Group started construction of Lite-On Vietnam Quang Ninh Factory - Phase 1 at Song Khoai Industrial Park. The factory is built on an area of 30 hectares with a total investment of 690 million USD. The project has a scale of 2 factories and 1 office building. This is a factory specializing in the production of electronic components for computers, cameras, wireless network connection devices, power converters, electric vehicle chargers, lights. automobiles, plastic products, and many other electronic devices. The factory has a total capacity of nearly 124 million products/year. Phase 1 is expected to be completed in November 2025, with a capacity of over 64 million products/year. In 2028, the factory will complete investment in phase 2 production operations, bringing the capacity to over 95 million products/year. By 2030, the Group will complete the entire project with a total capacity of nearly 124 million products/year. Lite On Vietnam is one of the potential partners of famous brands such as Fuji Xerox, Kyocera, ASUS, Amazon, IBM, Motorola, Sony, Samsung, Shap, Nokia, Lenovo... To ensure production activities, the factory's labor recruitment needs are nearly 2,000 people.
