This process requires not only improving the skills and knowledge of the workforce, but also expanding access to opportunities for all segments of society, regardless of background or circumstances. The goal is to ensure that all individuals have access to new technologies, modern skills and job opportunities in the future economy .

However, the reality shows that many vulnerable groups, such as women, people with disabilities, low-income workers, etc., are still facing a series of barriers in accessingeducation , employment and technology. Without effective intervention policies, they will continue to be left behind in the transition process, thereby increasing social inequality. Enabling them to have green and digital jobs will not only help maximize human potential, but also contribute to the common prosperity of the country.

To realize this, according to experts, Vietnam needs to soon develop inclusive development policies, focusing on retraining and improving digital and green skills. A comprehensive innovation ecosystem, where schools, businesses and government organizations work closely, will be the foundation for effectively implementing these programs. In particular, businesses need to actively participate in designing, providing and evaluating training courses, while expanding internship and employment opportunities for learners.

To contribute to the process of training green and digital human resources, Dan Tri newspaper in collaboration with Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) organized a seminar "Training high-quality human resources: Growth drivers in the new era" with the participation of three speakers who are experienced experts in the field of human resource development and strategic planning.

The program had the participation of Ms. Le Thi Lam Tra - Deputy Head of Human Resources Management, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN); Dr. Phung Van Dong - Director of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) Center in Vietnam; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Duc Hoang - Head of the Department of Corporate Finance, Institute of Banking and Finance, National Economics University.

At the seminar, experts shared their views on how to ensure that the green and digital economy becomes the future for all people, and at the same time acts as a long-term strategy that organizations and businesses need to steadfastly pursue. In addition, the seminar also discussed the role of the State, schools and businesses in developing comprehensive human resources.

Another important issue that will be discussed by the speakers is the development of an inclusive cooperation model between stakeholders, aiming to expand the scale and increase the effectiveness of training and career transition programs. The speakers will also make specific recommendations on mechanisms and policies that need to be implemented immediately to facilitate the Vietnamese workforce to quickly adapt to new trends.

From a long-term perspective, a green and digital workforce is not only the foundation for Vietnam’s sustainable development, but also a factor that helps the country improve its competitiveness in the international arena. Therefore, investing in human development in the right direction and at the right time will bring benefits not only for the present but also for future generations.

The talk show will be broadcast at 2:00 p.m. on June 30. Interested readers can send questions to the speaker here.
