Attending the event were Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Anh Tuan, Member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy Warden of Detention Camp No. 2, Ho Chi Minh City Police.

In a solemn atmosphere, delegates respectfully offered incense and flowers, commemorating the great contributions of heroic martyrs who bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification.
On this occasion, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Muon (99 years old) living in Thoi Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City; visited the family of comrade Nguyen Quoc Binh, an officer of the Di An temporary detention camp, who is the son of a war invalid and whose family is in difficult circumstances.

According to Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Anh Tuan, this is a series of meaningful activities, deeply demonstrating the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", thereby contributing to educating the younger generation, especially cadres, soldiers, union members, and unit members about patriotism, national pride and a sense of responsibility in performing public duties.
Following the heroic tradition, the generation of union members and members of Detention Camp No. 2 vows to unite, promote the spirit of volunteerism, strive to study and train, and be determined to excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to maintaining political security, social order and safety, and contributing to building the City named after Uncle Ho to become more civilized, modern and affectionate.
Cau Dinh Fort is one of the historical relics marking the heroic feats of the army and people of Binh Duong in the past in the resistance war against the French colonialists.
With its great historical values, Cau Dinh post was recognized by the authorities as a provincial historical relic in 2004.
