In the 2020-2025 term, the Enterprise Party Committee is united, proactive, innovative, creative, promoting the combined strength, leading the comprehensive completion of goals and tasks. Notably, the Enterprise completed 100% of the targets and tasks of repairing technical equipment and weapons, producing specialized technical materials, producing many new high-tech defense products; production and business exceeded the targets set by the resolution; the total value of the Enterprise's goods output increased by more than 3% compared to the 2015-2020 term, the unit was safe, and complied with discipline well. Notably, in 2024, the total value of the Enterprise's goods increased by 22.3% compared to the last year of the previous term. In 2024, the average salary of employees reached more than 16.8 million VND/person/month.

Over the past 5 years, the Enterprise has been awarded the Second Class Labor Medal by the Party and State; the Ministry of National Defense has awarded 3 emulation flags and 2 certificates of merit; the General Department of Logistics and Engineering has awarded 1 emulation flag and 6 certificates of merit; the Enterprise Party Committee has continuously fulfilled its tasks well and excellently, building a comprehensively strong "exemplary and typical" unit.

To achieve the above results, the outstanding experience discussed by delegates at the congress was that the Party Committee and Party organizations strictly followed the principle of democratic centralism, promoted self-criticism and criticism; maintained and effectively operated working regulations and leadership regulations for key aspects of work.
