In recent times, the Party Committee of the Department has effectively advised the Party Committee and the Corps Command on policies and solutions for leading logistics and technical work in the new context; directed the timely assurance of materials, fuel, weapons and technical equipment for training, combat readiness, exercises, disaster prevention, search and rescue and other urgent tasks.

The work of ensuring the lives and taking care of the health of soldiers was focused on; the targets of production, animal husbandry, and the proportion of healthy soldiers all met and exceeded the plan. Financial, logistical, and technical work was implemented strictly, in accordance with regulations, practicing thrift and effectively combating waste. Emulation movements were widely deployed, contributing to promoting the building of strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" agencies and units.

Party building work is synchronously led in all aspects of politics , ideology, organization, and ethics. Party committees and organizations at all levels regularly pay attention to political and ideological education, theoretical training, promote the role of fighting against wrong views, and maintain the ideological position in the unit. The work of developing party members, inspection, supervision, and enforcement of party discipline is carried out seriously and effectively. During the term, 9 party organizations and 230 party members were inspected; 11 party organizations and 103 party members were supervised in accordance with principles and procedures, achieving 100% of the set plan.

In his speech, Major General Le Van Phan, Deputy Commander of the 12th Corps, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that the Party Committee of the Department has achieved in the past time. Notably, the good implementation of the function of advising the Party Committee and the Corps Command on logistics and technical work, both regular and ad hoc, ensuring full, synchronous and timely support for important tasks, especially drills and major events of the country.

He also praised the Department for its good implementation of receiving, distributing, collecting, transferring, and consolidating technical equipment, ensuring technical equipment, vehicles, and ammunition for missions; doing a good job of examining, consulting, and taking care of soldiers' health, effectively preventing epidemics; organizing emulation in the logistics-technical sector in the right direction, spreading the spirit of innovation and creativity.

Regarding the direction for the 2025-2030 term, Major General Le Van Phan requested the Party Committee of the Department to continue to thoroughly grasp the resolutions, directives and regulations of the superiors, focus on building a truly clean and strong Party organization, capable of leading the agency and unit to successfully complete all tasks. Along with that, it is necessary to pay comprehensive attention to the lives of soldiers, from meals, sleep to health care, policies and regimes, and do a good job of combining military and civilian medicine, preventing epidemics and insecurity.
