Ensure progress of administrative unit arrangement and Party Congress at commune level

(kontumtv.vn) – Based on the results of working with a number of Standing Committees of District and City Party Committees, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested the District and City Party Committees to urgently complete the Personnel Plan for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Inspection Committee of the new Commune-level Party Committee; expected titles and personnel of affiliated agencies and units.

In particular, reviewing, mobilizing, and rotating qualified cadres to be assigned to leadership positions in new communes that are lacking; in case there are not enough cadres, promptly report to the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and the Department of Home Affairs to review and advise on mobilizing cadres and civil servants working at provincial-level agencies to work in communes and wards. Regarding the preparation for the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, along with reviewing, adjusting, and establishing Commune Congress Steering Committees corresponding to the communes expected to be established, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requires supplementing and completing the political report to meet factors such as carefully assessing the potential, advantages, and development space of the commune after the merger to develop highly feasible socio-economic development targets, tasks, and solutions.
