In the past time, agencies and units have actively carried out their tasks; in which, the preparation work for the 12th Army Party Congress and the 11th Army Emulation Congress has been well implemented; the Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam People's Army's General Political Department has completed all aspects of preparation work; the activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2 are rich, have historical significance and high traditional value.

After nearly a month of implementing the two-level local government, the army's ideology has stabilized, and its tasks have been carried out closely and seriously. Propaganda work on the army's tasks, especially participation in preventing and fighting natural disasters and floods, has been promoted effectively, shining the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers, always devoted to the people.

Concluding the conference, General Trinh Van Quyet highly appreciated the agencies and units that have actively implemented their tasks in the past time, especially in the "July gratitude month"; at the same time, he emphasized: For the digital transformation work, once it has been resolutely implemented, it is necessary to be even more resolute and determined, with the aim of the work being implemented better every day.

In the coming time, many important activities will take place, especially the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. General Trinh Van Quyet requested that the agencies and units assigned with the task need to make continuous efforts and coordinate with agencies inside and outside the Army to better implement the tasks. General Trinh Van Quyet noted that in each task, it is necessary to set high requirements to speed up progress and improve quality, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere.
