Dai Tu: Spring crop yield reached 59.4 tons/ha

Dai Tu district is entering the peak of the 2025 spring rice harvest with an urgent atmosphere. In many fields, such as Phu Xuyen, Phuc Linh, An Khanh..., people have harvested 40-50% of the rice area.

Farmers in Hung Son town (Dai Tu) harvest spring rice, with an estimated yield of 6 tons/ha.

This spring crop, Dai Tu planted more than 5,500 hectares of rice, mainly hybrid rice varieties with high yield and quality. Up to now, farmers have harvested over 1,000 hectares; the average yield reached 59.4 quintals/ha, a slight increase compared to the same period in 2024 (reaching about 58.7 quintals/ha), due to favorable weather conditions and people proactively applying technical advances in production. Notably, some localities recorded high yields such as: Phuc Linh reached 65 quintals/ha, Yen Lang 60.5 quintals/ha, Khoi Ky and Tien Hoi both reached 60 quintals/ha...

It is estimated that the total spring rice output of Dai Tu this year will reach over 32,844 tons. Currently, authorities at all levels are guiding people to speed up the harvest and prepare necessary conditions for the upcoming crop production.
