German Ambassador to Vietnam visits and works at Vietnam Museum of Fine Arts

On February 25, 2025, German Ambassador to Vietnam, Ms. Helga Margarete, visited and worked at the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum. Welcoming the delegation were Dr. Nguyen Anh Minh, Director of the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum and staff of the Museum.

Ambassador Helga Margarete said that 2025 marks an important milestone, the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Germany and Vietnam. On this occasion, the German Embassy in Vietnam hopes to increase the implementation of many cooperative activities with the Vietnam Museum of Fine Arts in the coming time, contributing to promoting cultural exchange and enhancing mutual understanding between the two countries' publics.

On behalf of the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, Director Nguyen Anh Minh thanked the Ambassador for her goodwill and affection. He said that the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum is always ready to cooperate with the German Embassy in particular and embassies and cultural centers of other countries in general to introduce and widely promote to the public at home and abroad the cultural and artistic quintessence of these countries.
