On April 17 and 18, in Dong Trieu City, the Party Committee of Company 91 (Dong Bac Corporation) held the 5th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. This is the grassroots party committee chosen by the Dong Bac Corporation Party Committee to hold the congress first to gain experience throughout the entire Party Committee of the Corporation.
During the 2020-2025 term, despite many difficulties and challenges, under the leadership, direction and comprehensive management of the Standing Committee and the Party Committee of Dong Bac Corporation, with the spirit of solidarity, promoting internal strength, self-reliance, creative labor, overcoming difficulties and challenges, the Party Committee of Company 91 led the Company to successfully implement the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Company Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.
In which, he led and directed the successful completion of the tasks of production, processing and internal coal delivery. Raw coal production reached nearly 180%, tunnel digging, processing and production reached over 192%, internal coal delivery reached 178%, total revenue reached over 186%, state budget payment reached over 191%, profit reached 117%; the leadership successfully completed the military and defense tasks, building a strong and comprehensive "exemplary, typical" unit... Along with that, ensuring to improve the quality of life of workers, the average salary for the 2020-2025 term is 19.2 million VND/person/month, reaching 153.6% compared to the 2015-2020 term.
At the Congress, a number of limitations and shortcomings during the term were clarified; clear and specific responsibilities were assigned to each individual and collective, and lessons were drawn from the leadership work of the past term.
In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Company 91 continues to thoroughly grasp and well implement directives and resolutions at all levels, striving to exceed production and business targets. In particular, striving to achieve the target of digging and processing tunnels to produce over 115,000m; producing over 5 million tons of raw materials; delivering over 4.5 million tons of coal; expected revenue of 5,800 billion VND; expected profit of over 87 billion VND; striving for an average income of over 25.5 million VND/person/month, ensuring the material and spiritual life, living and working conditions of officers and employees. Along with that, focusing on improving the quality of formal construction, management, discipline training, building a strong "exemplary, typical" unit.
With a sense of responsibility and democracy, the Congress elected the Party Executive Committee of the Company for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 7 comrades; elected 20 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the Congress of Party Delegates of the Northeast Corporation for the 2025-2030 term.
At the first meeting, the Party Executive Committee of Company 91 elected the Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee, and Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Company's Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
