Tan Loc commune was established on the basis of merging the communes: Tan Loc Bac, Tan Loc Dong and Tan Loc commune. During the past term, despite many difficulties and challenges, with solidarity and high determination, the Party Committee, army and people of the whole commune have organized and achieved many important achievements, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation. The economy has developed quite well; average income per capita reached 75 million VND/person. Many resources have been mobilized to invest in upgrading transport and education infrastructure; Culture and society have made progress; social security has been taken care of, the material and spiritual life of the people has been improved; arising incidents have been resolved promptly and thoroughly, national defense and security have always been ensured. The work of building the Party and the political system has been strengthened, the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee and the political system have been raised; solidarity and unity within the Party and among the people have been consolidated; the people's trust in the Party and the government has been raised. These are important premises, creating new positions and strengths for Tan Loc commune to enter a new revolutionary stage.
In the new term, the Tan Loc Commune Party Committee will be determined to build a clean, strong and comprehensive Party and political system; promote the strength of great national unity; boost socio-economic development; constantly improve people's lives; ensure national defense and security; and maintain political and social stability.
The Congress identified three breakthroughs: Promoting digital transformation associated with administrative reform , improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, better serving people and businesses; building digital government, digital economy, digital society; Focusing on building communes that meet new rural standards , improving the quality of criteria, environment, and landscape; mobilizing and effectively using resources among the people; Focus on innovating thinking, perfecting mechanisms and policies to support the development of collective economy, especially effective cooperative models, linked to local agricultural and service potential. At the same time, create favorable conditions for the investment environment, encourage business households to expand their scale, promote the development of the private economy, and become an important driving force in the socio-economic development of the commune.
Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Minh Luan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged, commended and congratulated the achievements and results achieved by the Party Committee, government and people of Tan Loc Bac, Tan Loc Dong and Tan Loc communes. With confidence and expectations for the development of Tan Loc commune, he emphasized: "In the new term, Tan Loc commune Party Committee needs to continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, innovate leadership methods suitable to the new tasks. Along with that, continue to improve the quality of Party cell activities, carry out well the work of Party building, associated with socio-economic development, ensuring security and order in the new situation". Continue to thoroughly disseminate to all cadres, party members and people the correct policies of the Party, policies and laws of the State on the arrangement of administrative units at all levels, organizing the model of 2-level local government, thereby unifying will and action, creating high consensus in society; Seize opportunities, overcome difficulties and challenges, strive to successfully implement the Resolution of the Congress, and build Tan Loc commune into a rapidly and sustainably developing commune.
At the Congress, delegates heard the announcement of the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee on the appointment of members of the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030 and the appointment of delegates to attend the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Comrade Huynh Hanh was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Tan Loc Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
With the spirit of concentration, democracy and solidarity, the 1st Congress of Tan Loc Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, was a great success. The Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and the Delegation attending the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, made a promise, with the determination that in the coming time, they will strengthen solidarity, unity, work with a high sense of responsibility, maximize all resources, immediately start implementing the Resolution of the Party Congress term 2025 - 2030, striving to make Tan Loc commune increasingly rich and beautiful.
