Invite businesses to attend the Trade Delegation, promote and advertise Vietnamese brands in the United States

In order to support Vietnamese enterprises to increase access to the modern distribution ecosystem and expand connections in the US market, the Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) in coordination with the Vietnam Trade Office in the US, e-commerce platforms Wayfair, Amazon and international partners organized: Trade delegation, promotion of Vietnamese product brands and Vietnam National Brand Week at High Point Market Fair 2025.

1. Program objectives

Promote the 22-year achievements of the Vietnam National Brand Program with 3 criteria: "Quality - Innovation - Pioneering capacity".
Promote export of goods, increase Vietnam - US trade turnover.
Connecting business with distributors, importers, and potential partners in the United States.
Work and survey directly at Amazon headquarters (Seattle) and Wayfair (Boston), sign a cooperation agreement with Wayfair.

2. Time, location (expected)

23 – 31/10/2025 (including departure and return time)
North Carolina – Seattle – San Francisco (USA)

3. Scale & participants

10 - 15 businesses, priority given to wood, furniture and interior decoration industries.
Manufacturing and exporting enterprises with capacity, plans or experience in developing the US market.

4. Cost & Support

Businesses pay for themselves: airfare, accommodation, travel, visa, translation...
Organizing Committee supports: exhibition booth, partner connection, communication.
Deposit: 50,000,000 VND/person (paid upon registration, will be refunded after the program if fully participated).

5. Application form

Application form (according to form).
Decision to send personnel.
Business registration certificate (notarized copy).
Valid passport (at least 6 months), 04 4x6 white background photos.

6. Registration deadline

Before August 26, 2025 (due to limited quantity, the Department of Trade Promotion will officially confirm after review).
