Congress of the Vietnam Dance Artists Association of Thanh Hoa province for the term 2025-2030

On the morning of December 8, the Vietnam Dance Artists Association of Thanh Hoa province held a grassroots congress for the 2025-2030 term.

During the past term, the Thanh Hoa Province Vietnam Dance Artists Association has performed its functions and tasks well, bringing the dance movement to develop in line with the trend of the integration period. The Executive Committee and members of the association operate with a spirit of dedication; continue to gather and unite members, enhance the ability to compose, perform, and train dance for the grassroots.

The members of the association have actively choreographed, staged, and served many programs to celebrate the great events of the country and the province such as: Lam Kinh Festival, Ba Trieu Temple Festival, Le Hoan Temple Festival, Sam Son Summer Opening, Hai Tien Summer Opening. At the same time, they have participated in composing, choreographing, staging, and performing programs for children, serving border guards, serving people in the mountains and lowlands.

Many quality works have contributed to improving the spiritual life of the army and people; praising new people, new life on the new technology fields, praising good people and good deeds, building and protecting the Fatherland, criticizing bad habits... contributing to building and preserving the national cultural identity. Typical examples include the dance work: "Yem tham xuong dong" by choreographer Viet Trung; the dance work "Sac Viet" by choreographer Dac Hai; the works "Hao khi Lam Son", "Ho song Ma", "Ve Son La ", the dance drama "Vinh biet hoa Anh tuc" by People's Artist Hoang Hai...

The Vietnam Dance Artists Association of Thanh Hoa province also organizes basic dance lessons for people and students in residential areas, primary schools, kindergartens, and the Children's Cultural House of Thanh Hoa city. Thereby, developing dance art, improving the dance level of people, building art teams in wards, communes, and schools to improve the cultural and spiritual life of the people.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Vietnam Dance Artists Association of Thanh Hoa province continues to comply with the guidelines, policies and laws of the Party and State; implement Resolution 33 of the Central Committee on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development. Encourage members to compose, train and perform programs to serve political tasks on major holidays and serve the people. Build a socialized model to create works of art. Support the mass art movement, folk song and dance to develop dance art to become increasingly rich in the cultural life of the community.

At the Congress, delegates discussed and approved the direction and tasks for the 2025-2030 term and elected the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Dance Artists Association of Thanh Hoa province for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 3 people.
