During the suspension period, Ha Hoa Tien University is responsible for urgently completing the conditions to be allowed to operate training activities according to current laws, and periodically reporting to the Ministry of Education and Training every 3 months on the implementation results.
"Ha Hoa Tien University must take measures to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of students, teachers, administrators and staff of the school," the Ministry's decision stated.
Ha Hoa Tien University is a private university established in 2007. The school is located in Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province. On its website, the school announces that it enrolls about 2,000 students each year. However, it has not made public its enrollment plan or information since 2015.
