Da Nang promotes its destination at Japan's largest tourism fair - Tourism Expo Japan 2024

Tourism Expo Japan, considered one of the largest tourism fairs in the world, has been held annually since 2014. In 2024, the event is expected to attract more than 180,000 visitors and 1,200 exhibitors from 80 countries and territories, with business-to-business (B2B) networking activities, tourism seminars, destination introduction press conferences, and public tours.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the booth took place on the morning of September 26, with the participation of Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh - Minister - Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan, Mr. Ito Kazuhiro, Director of the International Center, Japan Association of Travel Agents (JATA), Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai An - Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism of Da Nang City, representatives of Vietnam Airlines and accompanying businesses.

Danang FantastiCity & Vietnam Airlines booth is a space to introduce and provide information about Danang tourism, Vietnam Airlines and is the main venue for meetings with partners of co-exhibitors including Danang Mikazuki Japanese Resort & Spa, Southern Breeze Joint Stock Company, New Orient Danang Hotel and Kajin Vina Travel Company. At the booth, Danang tourism organizes activities such as lucky spin for guests, taking check-in photos to receive souvenir gifts.
