Throughout the city, the Post Office has assigned staff to directly support 94 Public Administration Service Centers, helping the procedure settlement process to take place continuously and effectively. In many communes and wards, there are from 5 to 10 members of the Youth Union and Youth Shock Teams who are regularly on duty to support people in carrying out administrative procedures, contributing to improving service efficiency.

Since mid-July 2025, the People's Committee of Da Nang City has issued a plan to promote the implementation of administrative procedures regardless of the city's boundaries.
Accordingly, the city ensures that at least 50% of administrative procedures are received and results are returned regardless of administrative boundaries within the city from September 1, 2025; and 100% of administrative procedures are received and results are returned regardless of administrative boundaries within the city from November 1, 2025. All of this is aimed at serving the people better and better.

For example, La Dee commune (in Nam Giang district, former Quang Nam province) is a border commune with Laos, about 130km from Da Nang administrative center, and is currently one of the communes with the most difficult socio-economic conditions in the city. Currently, the commune has 57 cadres, civil servants, and public employees, but there are still 5 key positions vacant in specialized departments.
Along with that, the infrastructure for public administration in the commune is still lacking and weak. The commune is temporarily using the Cultural House as the Public Administration Service Center, because the commune headquarters is small and narrow. The online meeting system has been invested with two connecting points that have been connected smoothly to the city, but the transmission quality is sometimes unstable...
In Tra Linh commune (about 200km west of Da Nang city center), the People's Committee of the commune is having to utilize all the equipment and machinery of two one-stop departments (Tra Nam commune and the old Tra Linh commune) to handle administrative records and procedures, leading to low service quality.

Chairman of Tra Linh Commune People's Committee Trinh Minh Hai informed that the new Public Administration Service Center only has 2 full-time civil servants working directly (1 Deputy Director and 1 specialist). The commune currently does not have enough room funds to arrange for the commune's agencies and units; many cadres and civil servants work together in small rooms, making use of the conference hall for work. Online meeting rooms and places to receive citizens have not yet been arranged...
In many other mountainous areas of Da Nang city, 4G waves have not yet reached, making communication difficult and intermittent at times. Traffic infrastructure in many places is still weak, making travel difficult...

According to Secretary of the Da Nang Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang, the city does not avoid reality but looks straight at the problems and difficulties and takes action. Da Nang has determined that all levels of government must not refuse the people anything.
