Da Nang calls for investment in 831 social housing apartments in Ngu Hanh Son ward

On August 11, the Department of Construction publicly announced the document approving the investment policy and receiving the application for assigning the investor to the social housing project at land lot A2-4, Ngu Hanh Son street and the road leading to Tien Son bridge (Ngu Hanh Son ward).

According to Decision No. 1942/QD-UBND dated June 24, 2025 of the People's Committee of Da Nang City on approving the investment policy of the social housing project at land plot A2-4, the project aims to invest in the construction of social housing for sale according to regulations, and provide ancillary services to meet the needs of residents.

The project has a total investment of over 1,225 billion VND, implemented on a land area of 7,060.4m², construction density of about 39.6%. The type of house built is a social apartment building with a maximum height of 31 floors, about 129m. The total floor area is about 70,230m², of which the housing is about 63,940m², 831 apartments, each with an area of 25 - 70m².

The population size of the project is estimated at 1,299 people. The project will have a parking lot of about 7,015m², trees of about 1,495m², and internal traffic of about 2,630.4m².

The number of 831 social housing apartments completed in the period of 2026 - 2030, in accordance with the social housing development target for the period of 2026 - 2030 according to the Da Nang City Housing Development Program for the period of 2021 - 2030.

The project's operating period is 50 years, calculated from the date the investor is decided to allocate land, decide to lease land to implement the project. The form of assignment to the investor is not through bidding according to regulations.

The Department of Construction will receive the project investor's request documents from August 12 to September 10, 2025.

The Department of Construction shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to organize appraisal and submit to the City People's Committee for issuance of a decision to assign the investor according to regulations.
