Da Lat rectifies construction order work

The People's Committee of Da Lat City ( Lam Dong Province) has just directed wards 5, 6, 8 and 12 to rectify and strictly implement state management work in the field of construction order in the area.

Through inspections at the above locations, the authorities discovered a total of 25 cases of construction that violated approved permits and designs; 1 construction project without a permit; 8 cases of construction without identifying the investor or providing relevant documents for the project.

Illegal construction in Da Lat city has been handled and forced to remedy the consequences.

Da Lat City People's Committee assigned localities to urgently handle the field of construction order, land division and sale, and complete the handling records in August 2023. Chairmen of the People's Committees of wards seriously organize reviews and evaluate the implementation of state management of construction activities in the management area for leaders and assigned officials.

Previously, SGGP Newspaper had many reports about the chaotic situation of "deserted houses" in Da Lat, many unlicensed and illegal constructions were later handled, enforced, and forced to remedy the consequences by Da Lat City.
