National Exhibition and Convention Center
The exhibition of socio-economic achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) will be held at the National Exhibition and Fair Center, Co Loa, Dong Anh, Hanoi from August 28, 2025 to September 5, 2025.
The Steering Committee was established under Decision No. 785/QD-TTg dated April 17, 2025 of the Prime Minister, with Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh as Head of the Steering Committee and Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung as Head of the Steering Committee.
The Exhibition Organizing Committee was established under Decision No. 72/QD-BCĐ dated June 10, 2025 of the Steering Committee for the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism was assigned to preside over the event, as the standing body of the steering committee.
Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, and chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities are requested to urgently develop plans to exhibit socio-economic development achievements of their ministries, branches, and localities.
The exhibition will include main activities such as: Displaying and introducing socio-economic achievements in 80 years of building, protecting and developing the country. In addition, the event also has supporting activities such as fairs, food stalls, tourism, handicrafts introducing culture, tourism, cuisine, and handicraft villages.
The National Exhibition Fair Center is built on an area of 90 hectares in Dong Hoi and Xuan Canh communes, Dong Anh district, with a total investment of more than 7,000 billion VND. This is a national key project replacing the old Exhibition Center in Giang Vo.
