Member of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh presented flowers to congratulate the congress.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee of Hue Garment and Textile Joint Stock Company has led the unit to overcome many difficulties, maintain stable production and business and have positive development steps. Total revenue for the entire term reached more than 9,194 billion VND, an average growth rate of 11.6%/year; average profit of more than 117 billion VND/year. Employee income in 2024 reached nearly 9.7 million VND, an increase of 37.8% compared to the beginning of the term. The company has also completed many in-depth investment projects, promoting digital transformation and green production.

At the congress, delegates agreed on the goals and directions for the 2025-2030 term: to continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee; maintain the spirit of solidarity, innovation and creativity; build Hue Textile and Garment Company to develop rapidly, strongly and sustainably. Some specific targets were identified including: Total revenue increased by an average of 5% - 6%/year, profit increased by 6% - 7%/year, export increased by 8% - 9%/year, employee income increased by 8% - 10%/year; 100% of new investment projects meet the requirements of greening and comprehensive digital transformation in production and business activities.

Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company creates stable jobs for thousands of workers in the city.

Speaking at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, member of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the outstanding results of the Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company Party Committee in the past term, especially the efforts to maintain stable production and business in the context of the pandemic, along with proactive restructuring and digital transformation.  

Mr. Binh emphasized that in the period when the city develops to become a centrally-run city, enterprises such as Hue Textile and Garment need to play a leading role in terms of economy , employment and social responsibility. Therefore, the Party Committee of the company needs to continue to promote its comprehensive leadership role, build a team of pioneering and exemplary Party members, and proactively adapt to the requirements of domestic and international markets.

Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh expects that the company's Party Committee will continue to lead the enterprise to improve its competitiveness through in-depth investment and innovation; build a green, smart enterprise model, apply comprehensive digital transformation; take better care of the material and spiritual life of employees, considering this as the foundation for sustainable development. At the same time, strengthen the role of supervision and criticism, ensuring that all Party policies are implemented synchronously and effectively, bringing practical benefits to employees and enterprises.

The Congress also elected a new Executive Committee of 15 members, of which Ms. Nguyen Hong Lien, member of the Board of Directors and General Director, was elected to hold the position of Party Secretary of Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company for the 2025-2030 term.
