In the past term, the main goal was to provide essential public products and services to ensure good service for people's travel needs. The Party Committee of the company has always been united, focused on leading and orienting the company's activities with specific programs and plans. Thereby, each task and field of work on implementing political tasks was implemented closely following the requirements set out in the Resolution. Revenue reached 934 billion VND (96.7% of the Resolution of the Congress); creating jobs, average income for employees was 10.8 million VND/person/month (113.7% of the Resolution of the Congress).

The company's leaders are interested in investing in synchronous upgrading of wharf and vehicle infrastructure. Up to now, all affiliated ferry terminals operate according to the model: Self-propelled ferries at both ends stop at pontoon - approach bridge, meeting the requirements of transporting vehicles and passengers via ferry safely, conveniently and quickly; applying science and technology in controlling operating fuel, traffic control barrier system, selling and checking electronic tickets combined with post-inspection of output through camera surveillance system; improving the working environment, modernizing the ferry industry, enhancing the efficiency of business operations.

Party building work has been well implemented in terms of politics , ideology, organization and ethics, thereby improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and Party members. The quality of Party activities has changed significantly, practically and in depth. Every year, the Company Party Committee is classified as a grassroots Party organization that "Completes its tasks well".

The Congress set out tasks for the 2025-2030 term, including: Strengthening the work of building a clean and strong Party in terms of politics, ideology, organization and ethics, in order to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization. Paying attention to inspection, supervision and mass mobilization work in Party cells. Promoting innovation in methods, styles and leadership capacity of the Party organization; promoting the tradition of solidarity and unanimity, maximizing advantages, potentials and effectively using resources, in order to improve service quality and performance, for the stable development of the company, meeting the needs of socio-economic development of the province.

Strive for revenue of 1,255 billion VND; average income of 12.8 million VND/person/month; continue to invest in improving operating conditions of ferry terminals, vehicles, and water equipment according to new standards and regulations; Party Committee "Completing tasks well" or higher.
