Announcing newly issued administrative procedures in the state administrative system under the management scope of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued Decision No. 2145/QD-BVHTTDL on promulgating newly issued, amended, supplemented, and abolished internal administrative procedures in the state administrative system under the management scope of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism according to regulations on decentralization, delegation, and division of authority.

Pursuant to Decree No. 138/2025/ND-CP dated June 12, 2025 of the Government regulating decentralization and delegation in the fields of culture, sports and tourism; Pursuant to Decision No. 1085/QD-TTg dated September 15, 2022 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Plan to review and simplify internal administrative procedures in the state administrative system for the period 2022-2025; The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision promulgating newly issued, amended, supplemented, and abolished internal administrative procedures (TTHC) in the state administrative system under the management scope of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism according to regulations on decentralization, delegation, and assignment of authority.

This Decision takes effect from July 1, 2025. The corresponding administrative procedures announced in Decisions No. 787/QD-BVHTTDL dated March 31, 2023; Decision No. 191/QD-BVHTTDL dated January 23, 2024; Decision No. 997/QD-BVHTTDL dated April 12, 2024; Decision No. 171/QD-BVHTTDL dated January 21, 2025 cease to be effective from the effective date of this Decision.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Chief of the Ministry's Office, Director of the Legal Department, Heads of Departments, Divisions and relevant units to be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
