Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Tourism has just issued report No. 123/BC-SDL on the results of work in the first 6 months of the year and key tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.

The report said that under the attention, direction and leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the close coordination between departments, branches, organizations and individuals operating in tourism, and the efforts and solidarity of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers, in the first 6 months of 2025, the Department of Tourism generally performed well the assigned tasks, closely coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Nam province, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nam Dinh province in performing the tasks of arranging and perfecting the organizational apparatus.

In the first 6 months of the year, the Department has established a project on the planning for the preservation, restoration and rehabilitation of Trang An - Tam Coc - Bich Dong National Special Scenic Landscape in Ninh Binh province until 2030 with a vision to 2050, reported to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and advised on documents to be sent to the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee for submission to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for appraisal; continued to coordinate in implementing the Project "Evaluating the economic value of Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex"; Plan for investigating and evaluating biodiversity to serve the conservation and restoration of the Heritage; Plan for investigating, measuring, mapping the current status and zoning to warn of risks of geological changes in the Heritage area...

In the first 6 months of 2025, the whole province is estimated to welcome 7.2 million visitors, an increase of 19% over the same period last year. Of which, domestic visitors welcomed 6.26 million visitors, international visitors welcomed 1.02 million visitors. Revenue is estimated at 7,715 billion VND, an increase of 32% over the same period last year.

Towards the last 6 months of 2025, the Department of Tourism will focus on 11 key tasks. In particular, it will regularly urge, inspect and monitor tourism businesses to strengthen conditions on security and order, environmental sanitation, tourism civilization, strictly implement State regulations on tourism business, ensure technical facilities and services for tourists.

Develop a plan to welcome and work with international consultants on surveying and assessing the status of heritage conservation according to UNESCO's recommendations and providing advice on the management, conservation and promotion of the values ​​of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage of Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex. Organize and implement training and development of human resources for management, exploitation of heritage values ​​and training to raise community awareness in the conservation and preservation of heritage (3 classes).

Continue to coordinate with relevant units to develop a project to plan the preservation, restoration and rehabilitation of the Trang An - Tam Coc - Bich Dong National Special Scenic Landscape in Ninh Binh province until 2030, with a vision to 2050; coordinate with consulting units to implement the Project "Investigation and assessment of biodiversity at Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex to serve the conservation, restoration and promotion of the value of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage"; Project "Developing tourism associated with relics related to the Tran Dynasty in Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex to serve the management, conservation and promotion of heritage values".

Implement planning management work according to plan; urge projects to maintain patrol plans, supervise the management, conservation and promotion of the value of Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex Heritage; urge, monitor and grasp the situation of ensuring security, order, hygiene, environmental landscape, construction projects, renovation and embellishment of historical and cultural relics in the Heritage area; guide and propagate households, Management Boards of relics, Management Boards of tourist areas and spots in the Heritage area to strictly comply with regulations on construction management, renovation and embellishment of relics, housing construction and tourism service business activities./.
