Announcement of the Decision to establish Nghe An

Nghe An - Soviet Nghe Tinh Museum, under the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism of Nghe An, is a public service unit with the function of preserving and promoting the values of typical historical and cultural heritages of the province, emphasizing the historical value of the Soviet Nghe Tinh movement 1930-1931, the first typical revolutionary movement led by the Communist Party of Vietnam .

At the ceremony, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced decisions on the organization of the museum's personnel. Accordingly, Ms. Le Thu Hien - former Director of the Nghe Tinh Soviet Museum was assigned to hold the position of Acting Director of the Nghe An - Nghe Tinh Soviet Museum.

The four appointed Deputy Directors include: Mr. Le Ngoc Thinh - former Deputy Director of Nghe Tinh Soviet Museum; Ms. Tran Thi Hong Nhung - former Deputy Director of Nghe Tinh Soviet Museum; Mr. Cao Manh Lan - former Deputy Director of Nghe An Museum and Ms. Phan Thi Ha Long - former Deputy Director of Nghe An Museum.
