On the afternoon of June 25, the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment) issued a weather forecast bulletin nationwide from June 26 to July 2.

According to the representative of the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology, this special bulletin was released nationwide to serve the 2025 high school graduation exam and especially the work of announcing and deploying simultaneously at provincial and commune level administrative units from July 1, 2025 according to the resolutions and decisions of the Central Government.

Mr. Nguyen Thuong Hien, Director of the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology, said that this forecast information aims to support local authorities in proactively responding to weather conditions, ensuring safety for people, students and upcoming key political and administrative activities.

According to the news, the weather situation in Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern region in the coming days is warned to continue to have thunderstorms in the evening, with some places having heavy rain.

Specifically, on June 26 and 27, the South and Central Highlands will have rain, moderate rain, and heavy rain in some places with rainfall of 20-40mm, locally over 70mm.

From June 28 to 30, the weather will be sunny during the day, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening, with no signs of widespread heavy rain. In early July, the rain will return, concentrated in the evening and at night, with the same intensity as at the end of June.

In Ho Chi Minh City, the weather forecast is sunny during the day, temperature ranges from 27-34 degrees Celsius, thunderstorms are likely in the evening, probability 55-75%.

Meanwhile, the meteorological agency warned that the North is about to enter a widespread thunderstorm period from the night of June 28 to July 2. There is a high risk of flash floods and landslides in mountainous areas, especially in the northern midlands.

The Central region continues to be hot, especially in the area from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen , where temperatures are over 36 degrees Celsius, but in the evening there may be localized showers in some coastal provinces of the Central region.
