According to the announcement of the Organizing Committee (OC) of the tournament, August 1 will be the time for athletes to register and receive the Racekit (from 12:00 to 17:00). Also during this time frame, athletes can experience the swimming lane (must use buoys when experiencing), experience the transition area of the competition distances.

On August 2, athletes participating in the Aqua Warriors Quang Tri 2025 tournament will have to wake up very early (4:30 a.m.) to complete the procedures before officially competing in the events.
The first competition will be Junior Aqua Warriors starting at 5:30, followed by Kids Aqua Warriors (5:45), Open Water Swimming (6:00), Olympic Aqua Warriors (7:00) and finally Sprint Aqua Warriors (7:30).
The award ceremony and closing ceremony of Aqua Warriors Quang Tri 2025 will take place at 10:00 a.m. on the same day.

Notably, August 2 is also the day for athletes to register and receive the Racekit (from 7am to 6pm) when participating in the Quang Tri International Marathon - Camel Cup 2025 taking place on August 3.
At 3am on August 3, athletes participating in the full marathon (42km) and half marathon (21km) officially started competing. At 5am, the 5km and 10km distances will start. The award ceremony and closing ceremony will take place from 9:30am to 11:30am on the same day.
