Khanh Hoa Provincial Police mobilize officers when dissolving district-level police

Kinhtedothi - On the afternoon of February 28, Colonel Nguyen Huu Phuoc - Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police presided over the ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on dissolving the District, Town and City Police, and the decisions of the Provincial Police Director on personnel work.

Accordingly, in Khanh Hoa, there are 8 district-level police agencies including Dien Khanh, Cam Lam, Van Ninh, Khanh Son, Khanh Vinh districts; Nha Trang city, Cam Ranh and Ninh Hoa town (except the Police Station) dissolved from March 1, 2025.

At the ceremony, the leaders of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police Department awarded decisions on retirement benefits (early retirement) from March 1, 2025 to 7 department-level leaders of the Provincial Police Department, including 4 department heads and 3 deputy department heads.

Colonel Nguyen Huu Phuoc - Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police Department presented decisions on personnel work.

At the same time, decisions were handed over to transfer and arrange for 54 chiefs and deputy chiefs of police departments of districts, towns and cities to take on new tasks at provincial police departments, commune police and units under the provincial police.

Specifically, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Tuan Ngoc - Chief of Nha Trang City Police Department was assigned to hold the position of Head of the Internal Security Department, replacing Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ky Tan who was appointed as Chief Inspector of the Provincial Police Department.

Lieutenant Colonel Le Buu Loc - Head of Dien Khanh District Police holds the position of Head of Traffic Police Department, replacing Colonel Tran Van Giang who retired ahead of schedule.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Mau An - Chief of Khanh Son District Police holds the position of Chief of Staff, replacing Lieutenant Colonel Do Bao Liem who was appointed as Head of Technical and Offline Department.

Khanh Hoa Provincial Police leaders handed over decisions to transfer department-level and district-level police leaders to serve the work of arranging the new apparatus after dissolving the district-level police.

Lieutenant Colonel Phan Binh Duong - Chief of Cam Lam District Police holds the position of Head of the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department, replacing Lieutenant Colonel Do Duc Binh who was appointed as Head of the Criminal Enforcement Police Department and Judicial Support.

Lieutenant Colonel Tran Thanh Trung - Chief of Khanh Vinh District Police holds the position of Head of the Department of Investigation Police for Crimes of Corruption, Economy, Smuggling, and Environment, replacing Lieutenant Colonel Phan Quang Nham who has come to work and holds the position of Head of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Police Party Committee.

At the same time, Lieutenant Colonel Cao Xuan Thuan - Chief of Cam Ranh City Police, was assigned to hold the position of Chief of the Investigation Security Department; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan - Chief of Ninh Hoa Town Police, was assigned to hold the position of Chief of the Social Order Crime Investigation Police Department; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Sang - Chief of Van Ninh District Police, was assigned to hold the position of Chief of the Mobile Police Department.
