(BGDT) - On June 24, the Investigation Police Agency of Luc Ngan District Police ( Bac Giang ) issued a Decision to prosecute the case and prosecute Trinh Xuan Uy for the crime of "Illegal possession of narcotics" as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 249 of the Penal Code and Chu Van Luc for the crime of "Illegal transportation of narcotics" as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 250 of the Penal Code.

Previously, on June 16, 2023, the Investigation Police Agency of Luc Ngan District Police presided over the execution of a search warrant for Trinh Xuan Uy's person and residence. During the search, 34 grams of Ketamine drugs; 21 ecstasy pills (MDMA drugs), 1 bottle of liquid containing "happy water" drugs and many other related objects were seized.
Then, on June 17, 2023, in Kim 1 village, Phuong Son commune (Luc Ngan), the Investigation Police Agency of Luc Ngan District Police discovered and caught Chu Van Luc red-handed in the act of illegally transporting drugs. The seized evidence was 30 grams of Methamphetamine and some related objects.
The Investigation Police Agency of Luc Ngan District Police is continuing to investigate and expand the case.
(BGDT) - At 6:40 p.m. on June 13, 2023, at Ly Tu Tan Street in Dong Giang Residential Group, Xuong Giang Ward, Bac Giang City (Bac Giang), the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of the Provincial Police caught Nguyen Thi Thuy (born in 1981), residing in Group 1, My Do Ward (Bac Giang City) in the act of illegally buying and selling drugs.
