According to the police, on the afternoon of April 30, the account "Th.M" publicly posted on his personal Facebook page an article with the content: "There was an incident at BigC, 5 people with guns were arrested, all shopping centers, services, markets, and entertainment businesses must close immediately!". The above information is completely false, affecting the reputation, seriously infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of organizations, causing public confusion in the locality.
Police summoned Ms. Th. to work on posting false information on social networks.
During the verification, the police determined that the account "Th.M" was managed and used by Ms. N.Th (26 years old, residing in Hiep Thanh commune, Duc Trong district). During the process of working with the police, Ms. N.Th stated that she had read the above information in online groups and associations, but did not verify the accuracy of the information before posting it on her personal Facebook page.

Ms. N.Th has admitted all her illegal acts, voluntarily removed the post, and pledged not to re-offend. Currently, the police are consolidating the case file to strictly handle N.Th's case according to the law.
