Kim Thanh District Police ( Hai Duong ) are looking for information about a traffic accident that occurred on National Highway 5 on December 19, 2024, which killed a young man.

The victim was Nguyen Van Th., born in 2003, residing in Xuan Phu commune, Xuan Truong district ( Nam Dinh ).

At around 4:00 a.m. on December 19, 2024, at km 62+200 in the direction of Hanoi - Hai Phong, in Lai Khe commune, Mr. Nguyen Van Th. was riding a motorbike carrying Ms. Phung Tu U., in Chu Minh commune (Ba Vi, Hanoi) when he collided with the hard median strip on the right side of the road. The collision caused Mr. Th. to die on the spot, Ms. U. was injured and taken to Hai Duong Provincial General Hospital for emergency treatment, and the motorbike involved was damaged.

To assist in the handling process, the Investigation Police Agency of Kim Thanh District Police requests that organizations and individuals whose vehicles participated in traffic and witnessed or have dash cams recording the incident provide them to the police.

Previously, in mid-November 2024, Kim Thanh District Police also issued a notice seeking information about a traffic accident that occurred on National Highway 5 through Kim Lien Commune, killing a female worker.
