News from the Ministry of Industry and Trade today said that, implementing Resolution No. 25/NQ-CP dated February 5, 2025 of the Government on ensuring the national GDP growth target in 2025 reaches 8% or more, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has just issued a decision to deploy the National Concentrated Promotion Program in 2025 - Vietnam GrandSale 2025.
The program will take place within 1 month, from June 14 to July 14 nationwide.
The program is chaired by the Department of Trade Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade), in coordination with units within the Ministry; Departments of Industry and Trade of provinces and cities; industry associations and the business community to carry out communication activities, guide and support businesses in implementing large-scale promotional programs.
The special feature of Vietnam GrandSale 2025 is its openness and unlimited nature. All businesses nationwide are free to participate, without going through any registration and selection rounds.
Businesses have full autonomy to implement promotional programs with attractive, creative content, targeting customers and consumers.
Discounts and incentives can be up to 100% of the value of goods and services, according to the decision of each business.
In addition, participating businesses are also responsible for ensuring that promotions take place legally, honestly, publicly and transparently; at the same time, ensuring the legitimate rights of consumers, the quality of goods and services, and fully complying with current administrative procedure regulations.
The program is implemented by combining traditional trade and e-commerce, creating a strong spillover effect, attracting diverse participation from manufacturing, distribution, retail and service provision enterprises across the country.
Vietnam GrandSale 2025 is expected to continue the success of previous years, contributing significantly to the growth of retail sales of goods and social consumer services, making practical contributions to the implementation of the economic development goals set by the Government in 2025.
This is also an opportunity for domestic consumers to access quality products and services at preferential prices, contributing to boosting purchasing power and restoring the growth rate of the domestic market in the context of many fluctuations in the global economy.
