Program “Hanoi – Forever the aspiration of Vietnam”:

The special art program “Hanoi – Forever shining Vietnamese aspiration” organized by Hanoi city on the evening of August 31, at the National Exhibition Center, will bring grand and modern music and dance performances combined with brilliant fireworks and the highlight is the artistic paragliding performance carrying the national flag flying in the sky of Hanoi.

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, Hanoi city will organize a special art program "Hanoi - Forever the aspiration of Vietnam" at 8:00 p.m. on August 31, at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi).

This is an important cultural and artistic highlight within the framework of the Socio -Economic Achievements Exhibition and a series of events celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2, contributing to honoring the outstanding achievements that the country and the capital Hanoi have achieved over the past 80 years.

The program is a profound gratitude to previous generations - those who have devoted their youth and blood to the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, and at the same time, honors the outstanding, comprehensive and sustainable achievements that the country in general and the capital Hanoi in particular have achieved, especially after 40 years of renovation.

With the theme “Aspiration for development for a strong, prosperous and happy Vietnam”, the special art program “Hanoi - Forever the aspiration of Vietnam” will lead the audience back to the heroic historical moments of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, 1945. Thereby, the program also realistically depicts an innovative, dynamic and integrated Hanoi - the Capital of a thousand years of culture, the City for Peace , the Creative City.

Art program "Hanoi - Forever shining Vietnamese aspiration"

The program opened with a solemn flag-raising and flag-raising ceremony, along with the heroic singing of the National Anthem performed by many singers and artists, creating a sacred atmosphere, arousing the spirit of independence and national unity.

The highlight was the artistic paragliding performance carrying the national flag in the sky of Hanoi, the symbol of the aspiration for independence, freedom and peace. The brilliant artistic fireworks display, combined with music, created a sparkling, emotional picture.

Elaborately staged by director Hoang Cong Cuong and Meritorious Artist Thanh Hien, the program brings together many unique art forms: Music and dance, stage scenes, 3D mapping technology projection, modern laser effects along with multi-layered stage and historical documentary images.

Throughout the art program, the audience will enjoy revolutionary songs, songs about Hanoi and the Fatherland through the performances of many famous and beloved artists, such as People's Artist Thu Huyen, Meritorious Artist Dang Duong; singers Dong Hung, Anh Tu, Lam Bao Ngoc, Ngoc Anh, Do To Hoa, Oplus group, Ram C, An Thu An, Ha Trang, Huyen Trang, Hau Tran, Thanh Tung; with the participation of saxophone artists Hoang Tung, violinist Huyen Anh, pianist Trung Duc and a choir of nearly 2,000 people.

“Hanoi - Forever the Aspiration of Vietnam” is not only a unique art program but also a spiritual symbol of Hanoi in the new era - bravery, intelligence, integration and humanity, together with the whole country creating the future. The program will be broadcast live on Hanoi Radio - Television and the Station's digital platforms.
