Preparing to start construction of 3 major projects in Tan Hung ward

On the afternoon of August 17, comrade Tran Van Quan, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee, inspected the preparations for the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies of projects celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 at live connection point No. 4 in Tan Hung ward.

Bridge No. 4 has 3 key projects (all previously located in Hai Duong province) including: Project to build a bridge over Thai Binh river and access road on Hai Duong city's beltway I from provincial road 391 to provincial road 390C; Project to invest in building a martyrs' temple and Hai Duong cultural park; Project to build a National Highway 37 bypass through Gia Loc town (the section connecting Thong Nhat bridge/National Highway 37 with Hai Duong city's beltway I).

These are important projects in developing transport infrastructure, expanding urban space and educating local historical and cultural traditions.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Van Quan requested that preparations must be carried out thoroughly, solemnly and safely, worthy of a major event; at the same time, creating a widespread ripple effect.

The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested that localities must have plans for situations that may arise.

Relevant units coordinate closely, ensure security and order, proactively handle arising situations; carefully review the scenario and content, prepare backup plans to ensure smooth communication between the connecting points. The organization space needs to be arranged reasonably.

"Scenarios and plans must be prepared in case of adverse weather. Review and carefully prepare for the reception of delegates, traffic flow, parking arrangement and logistics, ensuring all necessary conditions for the event," comrade Tran Van Quan directed.

The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and press, radio and television agencies to coordinate with investors to promote propaganda about the significance of the projects, contributing to arousing national pride, creating trust and consensus among the people.

The crew of Hai Phong Newspaper, Radio and Television is present at point 4, readying the equipment for the live broadcast.

As planned, on August 19, Hai Phong city will simultaneously organize groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for 9 projects at 6 direct connection points. Connection point No. 4 is one of the important highlights, contributing to affirming the stature and new development momentum of the area.
