According to the report of the Department of Finance, the conference was attended by about 350 delegates who are leaders of central and local ministries and branches. The event was held on July 25 at Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh (Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area).

At the meeting, the relevant units reported on the overview, expected program, guest list, speeches and conference facilities. The event organizer also presented the organization plan, general layout as well as the arrangement of each specific area to welcome delegates and the main area serving the event. Up to now, the sending of invitations, hanging of welcome banners in the Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh campus, program script, gifts for delegates and some other tasks have been completed; the remaining tasks will be completed and reviewed by the units before July 24. On the afternoon of July 24, a general rehearsal of the program will be held before the official event.
Concluding the meeting, Mr. Tran Hoa Nam requested the units to quickly complete the remaining tasks; proactively implement the assigned plan; ensure the reception and organization are thoughtful and solemn. The contents of the main event must be carefully prepared, with specific tasks assigned to the units... to ensure the successful organization of the conference.
