Carefully prepare conditions to participate in the exhibition to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2

Attending the conference were representatives of leaders of a number of relevant departments and branches; experts, researchers, and scientists from the two provinces of Bac Giang and Bac Ninh.

The exhibition of socio -economic achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a national exhibition, scheduled to take place from August 28 to September 5, 2025 at the National Exhibition Center (Hanoi) with a space scale of nearly 250,000 m².

The exhibition has the participation of provinces and centrally run cities, ministries, departments and branches; 36 large enterprises and economic groups in countries owned by Vietnamese people; 20 typical state-owned economic groups of the country; 80 typical private economic groups and companies nationwide and many investors, media agencies, event units in various fields.

Here, the representative of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Giang province briefly reported on the preparations for the exhibition of the two provinces in the past time. Accordingly, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the two provinces coordinated to research, develop and report to the Provincial People's Committee on the exhibition plan; build a budget estimate, and plan to participate in the exhibition. Conduct a survey of the location of the exhibition area, advise on the preparation of conditions for facilities, layout, and scale of the exhibition...

At the same time, detailed information was provided to delegates about the draft Exhibition Plan. According to the draft, the theme of the exhibition is "Bac Ninh Innovation - Aspiration for Convergence and Reaching Out". The Organizing Committee of the National Exhibition plans to arrange for the new Bac Ninh province an exhibition space of 375 m2 in open space. The exhibition layout is divided into 6 areas. In addition, 1,000 m2 will be arranged outside the main building of the event center to organize propaganda activities, introduce the culture and cultural heritage typical of the province during the exhibition.

In this area, the main contents on display are: Introducing models of special national relics; typical traditional festivals; models of some tourist areas, spots, industrial clusters, agriculture, fruit growing areas, traditional craft villages; handicraft products; investment promotion activities, trade, services; booths of typical OCOP agricultural products... Along with that are Quan Ho folk song performances, Then singing - Tinh lute, Ca tru; Cheo singing; woodblock printing performance at Vinh Nghiem pagoda, printing Dong Ho paintings as gifts for visitors...

At the conference, delegates discussed a number of issues related to preparation work such as: Exhibition space; selection of heritages, typical and unique products of Bac Ninh province to participate in the exhibition; exhibition theme...

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Mai Son acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparation work of the relevant units; thanked the experts and consultants for their good ideas and quality comments on the Exhibition Organization Plan. He emphasized that this is a political and cultural event of national and international scale, while the preparation time is short and the work requirements are high.

He suggested that leaders of departments and branches must fully understand the significance and significance of the event in order to organize and implement it. The province's participation in the exhibition must create a deep impression on delegates and people across the country about a new Bac Ninh with a truly unique cultural identity, a long history of civilization, revolutionary traditions, a dynamic province, strongly developing, with many outstanding socio-economic achievements.

Comrade Tran Van Duc, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Bac Giang Newspaper spoke at the conference.

He also requested the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the two provinces to coordinate in developing and completing the political outline of the exhibition, completing it before June 20; continue to research the exhibition theme with deep and meaningful coverage. Press agencies select unique and valuable documents (videos, photos, newspaper issues, etc.) of the two provinces to send to the focal units to introduce at the exhibition. Relevant units coordinate to invite large enterprises and corporations currently investing in the province to participate in the exhibition to introduce and promote typical products suitable for the theme.

He also requested that, along with traditional methods, artificial intelligence (AI), robots, and virtual reality technology be applied to this exhibition. Thereby, creating a strong impression and attracting delegates and visitors.
