Heads strictly implement regulations on electricity saving; request organizations and individuals under their management to limit the use of high-capacity or unnecessary electrical equipment during peak hours to avoid overload and electrical incidents.

Departments, branches and localities, based on their functions and tasks, proactively develop or advise the Provincial People's Committee on programs to develop wind power and self-produced and self-consumed solar power according to current regulations; create favorable conditions for handling electricity project procedures, encourage people and businesses to invest in rooftop solar power, promptly remove difficulties and reflect on electricity supply and procedures. Strengthen propaganda to raise awareness of economical electricity use, apply optimal management solutions, replace lighting equipment with energy-saving equipment, automatic control technology and promote the use of solar energy for public lighting, advertising and outdoor decoration.
The Department of Industry and Trade is fully responsible to the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for ensuring sufficient electricity supply for production, business activities and people's lives. Monitor, urge and request departments, branches, localities and enterprises to strictly perform assigned tasks related to electricity use and supply, and promptly advise on solutions. Take the lead and coordinate with relevant agencies to organize progress inspections, handle or report to the Provincial People's Committee to remove difficulties in implementing electricity projects to speed up progress and put projects into operation soon. Urge and support key project management boards to coordinate with the electricity sector to develop and implement power outage plans for construction, ensuring safety, efficiency and minimizing impacts on electricity supply in the area.
Bac Giang Electricity Company is responsible for promptly implementing the direction of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the higher-level electricity sector on electricity saving solutions, ensuring sufficient electricity supply for production, business and daily life. Speed up the progress of procedures, construction and putting into operation the assigned electricity projects as investors. Closely coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade, People's Committees at all levels and electricity customers to synchronously implement effective electricity saving solutions. Strengthen inspection, maintenance, and prepare adequate materials and spare equipment to minimize incidents, power outages or reductions, meeting the demand for use in peak months and the coming time.
