The story I am telling is a dishonest business model. Last weekend, I ordered some imported milk powder boxes online. When I received them and opened them to check, I discovered that the milk had expired. Very upset, I contacted the seller to request a return. Because I am a regular customer who has purchased the product many times, the seller agreed to take back the product and promised to deliver new ones. However, I refused to buy it again because "once untrustworthy, forever untrustworthy". Cases like mine are not uncommon. My friend once ordered a carton of imported milk from Australia online. When mixed to drink, the milk was lumpy, odorless, bland,... When checking again, he discovered that the milk had only 2 days left until its expiration date. Worried about safety, my friend had to throw away the entire carton of milk, which was worth a lot of money.

Expired or soon-to-expire goods are mainly food, cosmetics, functional foods, etc. These items originate from abroad, smuggled into the country by "hand-carried" or produced domestically but "imitation" foreign labels. Therefore, no one can be sure of the quality. Normally, with expired or soon-to-expire goods, stores and supermarkets often launch promotions, discounts or buy goods with gifts to appeal to the psychology of consumers . Because sellers want to liquidate inventory to quickly recover capital, and consumers see this as an "opportunity" to buy cheap goods.

To ensure safety, consumers should not be easy-going because of cheap prices, but should carefully research the product and check the expiration date. Because if you accidentally buy expired products, especially food and drink products, it can be harmful to your health. As for sellers, if they do not know how to keep their reputation in business, it will be difficult to survive. Therefore, put reputation first, do it for the health of consumers to retain customers!./.
