Local military tasks, political security, and social order and safety have been maintained. In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the commune strives to achieve a number of key targets: Average income per capita reaches over 88 million VND/year; budget revenue in the area reaches 10 billion VND; grain output reaches over 9,500 tons; maintaining, sustaining and improving the quality of New Rural criteria; the rate of trained workers is 75%, creating jobs for 1,600 workers; reducing the average poverty rate each year from 1.5 - 2%; over 90% of party organizations, 90% of party members, civil servants and public employees complete their tasks well or better...

The Party Committee of the commune identified two breakthroughs: Developing the infrastructure system, especially transport, industrial and urban infrastructure; Promoting administrative reform, application of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation; identifying three key tasks and 25 main tasks to lead the implementation of tasks during the term.

Speaking at the Congress, on behalf of the provincial leaders, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Van Son acknowledged, congratulated and commended the comprehensive results in all fields that the Party Committee of the commune achieved in the past term, contributing to improving people's lives and contributing to the overall development of the province.

He emphasized that in the coming years, the domestic and international situation is forecasted to have many unpredictable developments, with opportunities and many challenges. The Party Committee of the commune needs to continue the achievements of the previous term, promote the potential and advantages of being a central commune, infrastructure in terms of transportation, urban areas, trade and services, and the farming methods, production and business of the people in the past for development.

He suggested that the Party Committee of the commune should aim to build an advanced New Rural Commune, a modern New Rural Commune, increase the value of key products such as oranges, planted forest wood, tea, etc.; focus on urban development, especially the advantages on both sides of the Lo River, promote the development of services and trade; actively transform digitally to change life and production methods; strive to further increase per capita income.

In addition, the commune needs to pay comprehensive attention to cultural and social fields, comprehensively innovate education and training, take care of people's health; preserve local cultural identity; focus on ensuring national defense and security, maintaining political security, social order and safety, not being passive, surprised, or losing security and order in the locality.

The Commune Party Committee pays attention to Party building work, focusing on building a clean and strong Party Committee, promoting the great national unity bloc, propagating and mobilizing people to carry out key tasks; enhancing the responsibility of the government, promoting administrative reform, building a government close to the people to resolve difficulties for the people; strongly innovating the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

The Congress introduced the Party Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee of the Commune Party Committee, and the Delegation to the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Mai Hong Ha, member of the Provincial Party Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee for the first time, term 2025-2030.
