Owner of the brand 'Eating with Mrs. Tuyet' speaks out about the company's dissolution

At noon on June 23, the fanpage "Eating with Mrs. Tuyet" spoke up about the noise surrounding the company operating this snack brand announcing its dissolution.

The clarification notice was sent to customers from NMT Food Company Limited. Accordingly, NMT Food Company Limited introduced itself as the unit authorized by Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong - the owner of the brand An Cung Ba Tuyet - to speak about the brand.

Specifically, the company said that the dissolution of An Cung Ba Tuyet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company does not affect its production and business activities, as well as the rights of consumers who have been using products under the An Cung Ba Tuyet brand.

An Cung Ba Tuyet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company proactively completed procedures to send to the Hanoi Business Registration Office on January 16, in accordance with the company's internal direction and in accordance with legal regulations, the announcement stated.

In addition, the announcement said that Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong - the owner of the brand An Cung Ba Tuyet (registered trademark and protected by the Department of Intellectual Property) - authorized NMT Food Company Limited to manufacture products from July 1, 2024, and at the same time authorized Dai Viet Food Trading Company Limited to trade products under this brand.

All of the above moves aim to transform the operating model, increase flexibility, simplify operations and better align with the current development direction.

"We confirm that there are no unusual events or negative impacts leading to the decision to dissolve.

All current business activities are still stable, transparent and aimed at better serving customers," the announcement emphasized.

The representative of the brand An Cung Ba Tuyet hopes that consumers will share information accurately and avoid speculation that may cause unnecessary impact on the brand's reputation.

Previously, the Business Registration and Corporate Finance Department - Hanoi Department of Finance announced the dissolution of An Cung Ba Tuyet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company.

This company is headquartered in An Khanh Commune, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi. The legal representative of the company is Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong.

Referring to the reason for dissolution, the announcement stated: "After a period of operation, the company could not find a market, business operations encountered many difficulties. The company no longer needs to continue doing business."

The business registration authority updated the legal status of the enterprise in June this year, while Eating with Mrs. Tuyet Company carried out dissolution procedures since January.

According to data from the business registration management unit, An Cung Ba Tuyet Company was established in May 2023 with the main business line being food wholesale.

This enterprise has an initial charter capital of 2 billion VND, with founding shareholders including: Pham Hai Duong (7.5%), Nguyen Minh Truong (85%), Do Thanh Nho (7.5%).

Mr. Truong is the director and legal representative. By October 2023, the company increased its charter capital from VND 2 billion to VND 5 billion.

Before being dissolved, the company An Cung Ba Tuyet was the operator of the TikTok channel "An Cung Ba Tuyet". The main character of the channel is Ms. Do Thi Tuyet, often affectionately called "Ba Tuyet", an elderly woman who impresses with her friendly and simple speaking style in cooking, eating and livestream sales videos .

Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong - the legal representative of the Company Eating with Mrs. Tuyet - is also Mrs. Tuyet's son. Although the company has been dissolved, Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong's individual business is still operating normally.
