The whole city has 29 people passed the exam, lacking 3 recruitment targets. This is the only locality in Hai Duong province recruiting commune-level civil servants in 2024.

The city has 16 wards and communes that have met their recruitment targets; Pha Lai, Chi Minh and Sao Do wards each have one recruitment target short.

Civil servants are recruited for the following positions: justice - civil status; office of the People's Council - People's Committee, statistics - treasurer; finance - accounting; culture - information - physical education - sports ; land administration; construction - urban and environment; labor - war invalids and social affairs.
