Honoring outstanding individuals and groups at the conference

Up to now, the City Economic and Industrial Zone Trade Union has 47 affiliated grassroots trade unions with more than 27,300 union members. The rate of workers with contracts is 97.5%, and compulsory insurance payment is 96.3%. Enterprises in the area ensure jobs and stable income for workers with an average salary of 4.6 to 6.2 million VND/month; 100% of units comply with regulations on regional minimum wages.

In the past 6 months, the union has developed 315 union members, established 2 new grassroots unions, organized many training courses, signed collective labor agreements, and cared for workers' lives through more than 27,000 Tet gifts and supported the construction and repair of 8 "Union Shelters". The conference also recognized the positivity of emulation movements, with 85 individuals and 7 outstanding collectives being commended.

In the last 6 months of the year, the Union will focus on disseminating the revised Trade Union Law, implementing welfare activities, taking care of the Lunar New Year 2026, promoting the development of union members, improving the quality of union officials and organizing emulation movements to welcome Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 17th Hue City Party Congress.
