With this result, the U19 Women's Team of Vietnam has entered the final to face the U19 Women's Team of Thailand.

Speaking about the victory of the Vietnam U19 women's team, head coach Okiyama Masahiko said: "We had a difficult match because the Indonesian players were in good shape. However, the whole team fulfilled the requirements of the coaching staff. The Vietnam U19 women's team also did not concede a goal, thereby proving the effectiveness of their defense."

Up until the final, the U19 women's team of Vietnam had scored 4 goals from free kicks and had not conceded any goals from similar situations. The Japanese coach was pleased with the team's progress: "We have organized many training sessions on free kicks because we see that set pieces can completely decide the fate of the match. The fact that we have not conceded any goals from free kicks is also a clear demonstration of the results of the whole team's training."

The final match of the Southeast Asian U19 Women's Championship between Vietnam U19 Women and Thailand U19 Women took place on June 18.
