TPO - Kien My Bridge on National Highway 19B across the Kon River (Phu Phong town, Tay Son district, Binh Dinh) has been in use since 1997. Currently, the flow under the bridge has changed a lot, causing erosion at 11 bridge piers.

In the long term, to ensure the bridge is operated stably, sustainably and synchronized with loads on the routes, the Department of Transport recommends that the Provincial People's Committee consider and allow the repair and reinforcement of abutments, piers and bridge girders with a more durable structure using the annual economic career budget allocated to the Department.

At the same time, give a policy to establish a project to build and replace weak and narrow-gauge bridges to ensure traffic safety and synchronize the load capacity on provincial roads, using medium-term public investment sources for the period 2026 - 2030.
