In case there is a difference between the information printed on the ID card and the information in the electronic ID card, agencies, organizations and individuals using the information in the electronic ID card, especially the information about the citizen's place of residence after the adjustment or merger of administrative boundaries, are not allowed to request people to carry out procedures to issue and change the ID card. Regarding the field of Judicial Records, the Provincial Police Department presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies and units to build and clean the Judicial Records database in the province according to the regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Public Security .
