Thunderstorm warning in Hai Phong

During the current period to the next 3 hours, convective clouds are likely to cause thunderstorms in communes and wards in the northern and northeastern areas of the city.

According to the Hai Phong City Hydrometeorological Station, at 1:30 p.m. on September 2, radar images showed that convective clouds were developing over the communes/wards in the northwest and southwest regions, and thunderstorms from Quang Ninh and Hung Yen provinces were moving toward Hai Phong city.

From now until the next 3 hours, these convective clouds are likely to cause showers and thunderstorms for communes and wards in the northern and northeastern areas of the city, including: Chi Linh, Chu Van An, Hop Tien, Le Dai Hanh An Phu, Tran Hung Dao, Nguyen Trai, Tran Nhan Tong, Thai Tan, Tran Phu, Hop Tien, An Phu, Nam An Phu, Bac An Phu, Pham Su Manh, Nhi Chieu, Kinh Mon, Nguyen Dai Nang, Tran Lieu, Thuy Nguyen, Thien Huong, Hoa Binh, Nam Trieu, Bach Dang, Luu Kiem, Le Ich Moc, Hong Bang, Hong An, Ngo Quyen, Gia Vien, Le Chan, Dong Hai, An Duong, An Hai, An Phong, An Truong, Viet Khe, Phu Thai, An Thanh, Kim Thanh...

During thunderstorms, be on guard against tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind that can break trees, damage houses, traffic works and infrastructure, endangering human lives and affecting ships operating in the above sea area.
