Enterprises also hope that the decentralization between commune and provincial levels needs to be specific. Thus, enterprises and people will know what scale of projects are under the authority of the People's Committees at commune level and provincial level for approval so that they can contact for implementation.

In addition, businesses and people hope that the People's Committees of communes, wards and provinces will provide detailed and specific instructions for each content of administrative procedures related to land, planning, construction, etc. so that everything can go smoothly. The above quick procedures will facilitate businesses and households to develop their economies and contribute more to economic growth. After merging Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc, the new Dong Nai will have over 70,000 businesses.
