Disciplinary warning for 2 Vinh University officials for "sexually harassing" female students
A representative of Vinh University ( Nghe An ) said that the school has just issued a disciplinary warning to two staff members for their inappropriate behavior towards students.
The two people disciplined are Mr. Dinh Xuan Duc - Specialist, Assistant Student Management of Pedagogical School and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quyen - Specialist, Head of One-Stop Department of General Administration Department. ( see details )

Handling candidates using high-tech devices to cheat on Literature exam
On June 27, Lam Dong Provincial Police initiated a criminal case of "Intentionally disclosing state secrets; Appropriating state secrets" under Clause 2, Article 337 of the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017) against NPTS (born in 2007, residing in Lam Ha district).
The incident occurred at the exam site of Thang Long High School (Lam Ha district, Lam Dong province) during the Literature exam, High School Graduation Exam 2025. ( see details )
Candidates admitted to taking photos of graduation exam papers and sending them out for help
Major General Tran Dinh Chung, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Political Security (Ministry of Public Security), said that the unit has coordinated to verify three subjects involved in using technological devices at two examination councils.
In Lam Dong, a candidate used a high-tech device, a camera attached to his sleeve, to take pictures and send the questions to someone else for help. The police have identified the issue and the candidate has admitted to the violation.
"We will consolidate records and documents to clarify the incident. Based on the nature, extent, and consequences, we will take measures to handle these cases," according to Mr. Chung. ( see details )
Disciplinary action against principal for sending sensitive photos in school's Zalo group
On June 28, information from Phu Thien District Party Committee said that the Inspection Committee had issued a disciplinary decision in the form of a reprimand against Mr. RK for sending sensitive photos in the school's Zalo group.
According to Phu Thien District Party Committee, after disciplining the Party, relevant agencies will continue to consider administrative handling of Mr. K.
Previously, many teachers were shocked when the principal shared a photo of a woman in the bathroom, naked, in a work Zalo group.
Explaining this issue, Mr. RK said that that day a friend and his wife argued because of jealousy. The husband could not reach his wife on the phone so he asked Mr. RK to call for him.
When the woman picked up the phone, she was in the bathroom. Seeing the offensive image, Mr. K. took a screenshot to send to her husband but mistakenly sent it to the office Zalo group.
