- On June 6 and 7, the Lang Son Provincial Literature, Arts and Journalists Association organized a journey back to the source in Thai Nguyen province, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025). The program was attended by 15 officials and members of the Provincial Literature, Arts and Journalists Association.
Within the framework of the activities, the delegation offered incense at the Memorial House of President Ho Chi Minh in Phu Dinh Commune, Dinh Hoa District; visited ATK Dinh Hoa Museum and Khuon Tat Stream, where Uncle Ho lived and worked during the resistance war against French colonialism.
In particular, the delegation visited the Huynh Thuc Khang Journalism School, which was founded and named by President Ho Chi Minh, the first and only journalism training facility during the resistance war, contributing to the formation of the first generation of revolutionary journalists in our country.
Next, the delegation offered incense at Roong Khoa hamlet, Diem Mac commune, Dinh Hoa district, the venue for the first Congress of the Vietnam Journalists Association (now the Vietnam Journalists Association ) on April 21, 1950, under the chairmanship of General Secretary Truong Chinh. This historic event marked an important development step of Vietnam's revolutionary journalism.
In addition, the delegation also experienced the Tan Cuong tea culture space, a unique feature of Thai Nguyen province. The return to the source activity in Thai Nguyen province is not only an opportunity to pay tribute to and commemorate the contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and previous generations of revolutionary journalists, but also contributes to fostering ideals, raising political awareness and professional ethics for the team of members and cadres working in literature, arts and journalism in the province.
